Guest Relations Coordinator

The Township of Upper St. Clair is now accepting applications for the position of Guest Relations Coordinator for the Community & Recreation Center.  This position works under the general supervision of the Membership/Marketing Services Supervisor.  The Guest Relations Coordinator is responsible for educating and training staff on facility policies and procedures along with expectations of customer service.  This position includes daily cash handling, payroll, sales and inventory control, and customer service.  The position will train, manage and motivate Front Desk/Control Desk Attendants and Playroom staff to emphasize superior customer service and enhance members’ experience. 

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and sales experience preferred. Must have strong organizational and communication skills along with some trainer experience especially with customer service/leadership.

This is a salaried position with an excellent benefits package and requires flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and a rotational Manager-on-Duty shift.  Equal Opportunity Employer.
